His last attempt, the Lancaster Caramel Company, started getting some different responses. He had faith in his Milk Chocolates, he decided to finally Launch the Hershey Company and became one of the most popular names in the industry.

2. Fancy an Apple? 

Steve Jobs was never short of innovative ideas. He is a big name today but had his fair share of struggle to have earned his place. Jobs got his success in his 20s. Apple had become a huge empire.

By the time he turned 30, the board of directors of Apple, fired him.
